NOTE ON COPY ROOM SIGN-UPS:

PLEASE ONLY SIGN UP FOR 4 SPOTS FOR THE FIRST WEEK THE SIGN UP IS POSTED IN ORDER TO ALLOW ALL OF OUR PARENTS A CHANCE TO HELP OUT.  YOU MAY CHECK BACK AT A LATER DATE TO SEE IF ANY OTHER SPOTS ARE OPEN.

Remember: Call the office the day prior, between 3:00-3:30pm, to ask if any papers are in the copy basket, so you know if you need to come or not.

​

A reminder about the routine:

 

- The copy room basket is in the front office by Ms. Cheri's desk. 

 

- Teachers are asked to have their copy room work into the basket by 3:00pm. Persons signed up for copy room work are asked to call the office the day before they are scheduled, between 3:00pm-3:30pm to ask if there are any papers in the copy room basket. This way you know if there is work to do when you show up the next day! Easy! The office phone number is: 480-224-3930

 

- Also, as much as we appreciate everyone helping out.. please leave some slots open so that everyone who wants to has a chance to volunteer :)

 

- And remember..... If a teacher or staff member needs to make some copies while you are using the machines, please take a break and let them bump in. Their time is very limited between classes :)
